To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前跟朋友在觀塘海濱散步，發現有間頗有情調的餐廳叫La Serre。餐廳提供室內外進餐，環境舒服。室內全落地玻璃，可以欣賞海濱風景。養寵物的人士亦可選擇坐室外，嘆杯啤酒都不錯。臨近萬聖節🎃已佈置餐廳每一個角落，充滿着萬聖節的氣氛。一人一個lunch set，慢慢食慢慢嘆☺️雜菌芝士丹麥多士配煎蛋 $118簡簡單單一份午餐，麵包烤得脆口，菇配芝士和蛋這一配搭非常好👍🏻薄切牛柳煎蛋芝士蕃茄 $158炸物有點似可樂餅，口感酥脆又creamy 。沙律菜新鮮又爽脆。牛柳一點也不韌。凍美式咖啡 （左）凍摩卡咖啡（右）餐牌如下。
