To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小妹和家人都喜愛吃中菜,小妹我則最喜愛的中菜之中上海菜,今晚是這間米芝蓮推介的上海菜食府,就看看內裏乾坤。店內雖然不算大,但裝修富上海特式,且枱距離感足,坐得舒服。 鮮松茸火腿豬腱燉螺頭(每位$98 ),金華火腿味濃郁,能把雞味引出,飲下充滿暖胃的感覺,很舒服的一個湯。 羅蔔絲酥餅($48),外皮香脆而不油膩,蘿蔔條條肥美且多汁,加上少許香蔥,調味得宜,是必食之選。生煎包( $58四件),餡料夠份量,亦有肉汁,不錯。 小心很燙!不要吃太急哦! 時令菜式龍鬚鮮魚絲( $298 ),這道菜是採用原條桂花魚,把魚肉切絲,很考刀工,肉質鮮嫩,大廚加入簡單的芽菜及咸菜炒香,味道鮮味可口。
