🏩~楓林小館~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~由於家中兩老想食中菜 所以上星期就聯同家姐同姐夫帶左佢地去食呢間位於銅鑼灣既中菜廳 我地叫左4人餐另加一個羊腩煲4人餐其實已經好豐富:招牌紅燒乳鴨、杏汁花膠燉白肺、鮑汁海參配柚皮、清蒸斑魚、魚湯雜菌浸菜苗、荔茸香酥鴨、豉油皇銀芽妙麵、糖水(綠豆沙)🍗~招牌紅燒乳鴨~乳鴨皮脆入味 唔洗點汁已經好夠味啦🥘~杏汁花膠燉白肺~嬤嬤以前成日煮 今次係餐廳飲返真係回憶番哂黎料方面 勁多朱肺 口感亦好淋好香 而且一個人有成2.5碗 🥓~鮑汁海參配柚皮~海參好大條之餘 量亦好多 有四條咁多另外值得一提係柚皮都整得好香🐟~清蒸龍躉~蒸得剛剛好 魚肉唔會好老 魚身中間同面部既肉都好滑🥬~魚湯雜菌浸菜苗~菜方面餐廳選用白菜仔 但魚湯真係好好飲 我淨係飲湯都飲左兩碗🦆~荔茸香酥鴨~全個四人餐最好食就係呢個荔茸香酥鴨用芋頭同鴨溝埋一齊 超級香 超級好食 入口即溶🍜~豉油皇銀芽妙麵~唔會炒得好油 麵身本身唔硬唔軟 幾爽口 不過由於小弟已經食左好多野 呢個麵已經唔係好食得落🥘~羊腩煲~HK$488羊腩好淋 最緊要係咪無乜骨 適合我呢個懶人🤣d汁亦都好
