To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇個名都知呢間嘢會好有中國上海氣息一入到去裝潢華麗,普遍嘅食客都打扮得雍容華貴,好切合主題睇menu嘅時候都會發現到一啲平時食嘅中菜都專登upgrade咗某啲材料例如酸辣湯裏面加咗海參,炒牛柳用咗安格斯牛etc.點心三拼樣子精緻,個餃做得幾好,皮薄餡多,又唔會爆炸主食係十里洋場炒飯 (重申: 我係一個好唔鍾意食米飯嘅人,但係呢個飯做得真係好好。粒粒分明有咬口, 而且用蛋泥炒飯,好易會破壞咗個飯。因為會炒到啲蛋老曬。但係呢碗炒飯裏面嘅每一束蛋,都係軟滑㗎! 好癲啊!湯圓唔係我偷食咗,而係真係得一粒😂So far 只係得個炒飯最驚艷,其他 dish 冇乜特別的但係又唔好睇佢的的骰骰咁,都幾滿足㗎 味道:6.5/10 十里洋場 商務午市套餐 每位 $348 (兩位起) 點心三拼, 海參酸辣湯, 杭椒安格斯牛柳,韭菜鱔糊,十里洋場炒飯,夠薑芝麻湯圓 📍銅鑼灣
