香港作為一個咁多居酒屋嘅地方,喺街度居酒屋都唔少,但係呢間真係the next level 師傅係日本人,好耐之前已經喺香港開舖,所以有好多嘢都係非常正宗吞拿魚腩肉碎前菜:吞拿魚,下面嘅熊仔係餅底。吞拿魚帶有鮮甜的海洋滋味,口感鬆脆,非常唔錯海膽杏仁豆腐:帶有濃郁的海鮮香氣。兩種截然不同的口感和味道完美結合鯛魚刺身:新鮮肥美的鯛魚刺身,刺身呢樣嘢唔新鮮真係好大鑊,但係呢度非常新鮮,而且有一個酸酸地嘅汁,比一般豉油Wasabi更加好✅日本大腸鍋:好似係九州嘅料理?大腸經過長時間的燜煮,變得軟嫩Q彈,汁水也沾染了各種香料的香氣,吃起來回味無窮。有別於香港嘅大腸。佢哋呢度洗得好乾淨。原本一般我都唔食太腸,但係呢度嘅就完全冇問題👋👋鱈魚西京燒: 鱈魚片裹上特製的味噌醬汁,經過炙燒後外層酥脆,內裡卻保持住鮮嫩多汁的鱈魚肉質。☝️☝️自家製燒雞肉串:新鮮嫩滑的雞肉,經過醃製和燒烤,表面焦脆多汁。搭配特製的醬料蘸食👍🏻👍🏻咖哩湯烏冬:濃郁香醇的日式咖哩汁,配上Q彈鮮爽的烏冬麵,是一道溫暖又養胃的好滋味。係一個完美嘅結尾。

吞拿魚,下面嘅熊仔係餅底。吞拿魚帶有鮮甜的海洋滋味,口感鬆脆,非常唔錯

帶有濃郁的海鮮香氣。兩種截然不同的口感和味道完美結合


鯛魚刺身:

新鮮肥美的鯛魚刺身,刺身呢樣嘢唔新鮮真係好大鑊,但係呢度非常新鮮,而且有一個酸酸地嘅汁,比一般豉油Wasabi更加好✅

日本大腸鍋:

好似係九州嘅料理?大腸經過長時間的燜煮,變得軟嫩Q彈,汁水也沾染了各種香料的香氣,吃起來回味無窮。有別於香港嘅大腸。佢哋呢度洗得好乾淨。原本一般我都唔食太腸,但係呢度嘅就完全冇問題👋👋


鱈魚西京燒:

鱈魚片裹上特製的味噌醬汁,經過炙燒後外層酥脆,內裡卻保持住鮮嫩多汁的鱈魚肉質。☝️☝️


自家製燒雞肉串:

咖哩湯烏冬:
