To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旺角T.O.P商場好多嘢買，多元化，又有食肆。今日同亞囡逛完，上咗五樓呢間餐廳晚飯，剛好有即場唱歌表演，亞囡最鐘意。餐前welcome drink， 有少少酒蒸成份，有水果香味。Passion Fruit Sling要了一杯mocktails，造型吸引。微微嘅果香，清新好飲。店員推介了來自法國的黑珍珠蠔，肥美，回味。羽衣甘藍沙律非常新鮮，配以烤合桃，車厘茄，口感豐富。豬肉質非常軟熟，煎得焦香。還有蘋果蓉伴吃，減輕肉嘅膩感。美食當前，又有美秒現場音樂，真係好享受。
