To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都鐘意食馬拉風味菜，食開蘇媽·蘇媽馬來西亞餐室，真係好正宗！餐廳環境富有馬拉風情，閣樓設計，用壁畫同單車裝飾牆面，很有異國氛圍。砂煲老鼠粉，由銀針粉、豬肉碎、小魚乾、生雞蛋組成，熱辣辣砂煲呈上，熱氣騰騰新鮮出色，趁熱將生雞蛋拌飯，砂煲發出zzz聲音，淋上特色黑豉油，口感層次分明。蜜糖燒雞，燒得十分入味，因為用咗蜜糖塗在表層，外皮上色又香脆，雞肉肉質鮮嫩，與蜜糖好夾。馬來西亞拉茶（凍）香濃滑順，茶味濃郁，奶味出色。咖央多士馬拉特色，咖央醬椰香惹味，甜而不膩，多士外脆內軟。
