To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 科學園三期也試了數間酒樓食肆, 這家真是真心推介 !👍🏻最初和家人來試早點點心, 已經覺得味道很好。 再試一次四人套餐中秋做節也不錯。 今次入伙再帶家人來,試了 12位的套餐有超水準的驚喜。 頭抽雞實肉又有雞味。 雜果咕嚕肉咕嚕肉又是不太肥膩。 炸蝦墨魚餅也非常鬆脆。 大蝦伊麵蝦肉非常彈牙 芡汁非常好味。 鍾意食魚嘅朋友也照顧得到 ,班球及頭腩也是分開兩味餸, 可以看到廚師及酒樓處理人的悉心安排菜單。 分量也十分足夠, 大家也讚食物好味。 會經常來這裏 多多支持。
