原來餐廳係用備長炭炭燒,上網一查先知道用備長炭燃燒時候幾乎無煙無臭,食物都會好食啲同健康啲添!!睇返d相發現啲嘢食同我哋去BBQ燒出嚟真係好唔同,起碼唔會黑晒同有炭屎🤣就算見到師傅燒餐廳都唔會成陣油煙味餐牌都係以日文同英文為主,要用到Google大神幫手😆,今次試左好多款式,每一次都好精緻,雖然感覺細細串,但食下食下真係會飽架,Green Onion Roll 雞肉青蔥卷好香,青蔥好爽甜,配埋雞肉加小小鹽同黑椒就得啦,玉子燒好厚身,上面仲有蘿蔔泥添,雞軟骨同平時食開一粒粒既有d唔同,Tsukune 原來係免治雞肉串,仲配埋隻日本生蛋添另外仲試左Thigh 雞腿肉、雞翼、雞既Neck,豬五花,最後仲叫左蜜糖甜薯當甜點☺️整體來說都好滿意
