上次食過pizzeria italia一直對佢既pizza同risotto念念不忘,上open rice發現佢都幾多分店,今日就黎到堅尼地城呢間分店,又再試吓佢既水準keep唔keep到。呢間分店比起摩羅街嘅分店更為闊落,坐得更加舒服。😆Mix Antipasti用五格拼盤碟放五款小食,單係視覺效果已經非常豐富。分別有自製雞肉炸丸子、炸新鮮魷魚、烤麵包配自製番茄莎莎醬、朝鮮薊、橄欖和意大利咸魚配多士、煙三文魚配酸豆、檸檬和特級橄欖油。今次我好欣賞佢嘅烤麵包配自製番茄莎莎醬,味道酸甜有層次,作為開胃菜一流。Parma Gorgonzola e Cipolle(巴馬臣火腿、哥根蘇拿芝士、洋葱)呢個pizza真係非常鹹香惹味,餅底口感軟腍得嚟帶略煙韌,批邊位置就焗得香脆。重點係佢Parma Ham嘅份量一啲都唔吝嗇,推薦!Risotto ai Funghi 白松露香油牛肝菌意大利燴飯濃郁惹味又creamy嘅白松露香油白汁包住每一粒米飯,加埋牛肝菌,每一啖都口感豐富有層次。TiramisuMascarpone cheese,咖啡同酒嘅味道平衡得好好,口感綿密,甜得嚟唔會太膩。不論係正餐定係甜品
