Happy Friday 又到尖沙咀搵食,平時食開都係厚福街或海港城個邊,今次決定黎尖東搵下食,竟然俾我地係麼地道發現呢間環境High Class既 Fushion 日本菜。赤身沙律 $168呢個沙律最特別唔係佢既菜夠晒新鮮,而係菜上面既吞拿魚刺身,吞拿魚刺身圍邊經輕微烤過再印上黑椒,沾上沙律汁味道幾特別。明太子醬配天婦羅蠔 $176明太子醬配天婦羅蠔同埋海膽真係第一次,海膽好鮮甜,而天婦羅蠔雖然唔係好大粒,但外脆內滑,配埋明太子醬好好味。押壽司 卷物  拼盆 $148呢個拼盆每款壽司賣相都好Fushion,當中黑松露劍魚腩押壽司係我最愛既一款,因為黑松露醬好香濃又唔會蓋過劍魚腩既鮮味。 另外芒果醬三文魚押壽司係中間夾左芒果,但可能芝士太香,唔太食得出,而赤蝦押壽司同埋紅菜頭汁牛油果蟹肉卷就中規中矩都唔差。  玉子海帶豆腐味噌湯 $58同平時既味噌湯唔一同,味噌湯有蛋花,海帶,豆腐,令味噌湯有陣清甜味。 黑松露蟹醬配脆米餅 $168用黑松露蟹醬配脆米餅其實幾特別,黑松露蟹醬好香濃,不過就略太糊,冇左蟹肉碎既口感同埋鮮味。 海膽藜麥意粉 $198呢個醬有點似明太子醬既感覺,都係甜甜地,配

海膽藜麥意粉 $198

呢個醬有點似明太子醬既感覺,都係甜甜地,配埋小番茄好清甜,而藜麥意粉都好煙韌,不過今次個海膽竟然無岩岩既咁鮮甜,但味道都唔錯既,整體黎講都唔錯。
