To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港仔都開左金記冰室，之前已聽人講好食，所以約咗住香港仔嘅細妹一齊食晚餐，座位都好闊落，尤其卡位夠舒服，而且新開不久好乾淨，用 app落單，好方便。見到二人餐好抵食，但係又想食鐵板牛扒餐， 我哋都幾肚餓，所以就決定叫曬。鐵板西冷牛扒配薯菜(燒汁) 牛扒份量足，尚算有肉汁，配菜亦很多，一 壺滿滿嘅燒汁，可以自己選擇淋幾多汁。自選小菜套餐(2人份量) 新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉用新鮮菠蘿好鮮甜，咕嚕肉外脆內軟，非常有咬口，味道好超水準，見到好多人叫。欖菜肉鬆四季豆四季豆炒得香脆， 肉碎算嫩滑，惹味夠濃味， 送白飯一流。二人餐配上白飯，軟硬適中，例湯是沒有味精的。餐飲叫咗凍檸檬茶及凍檸樂， 特別一提檸檬茶有茶味，檸檬比一般多。
