由於這裡吃晚飯訂枱很困難，故此提早訂了3:30 的 early dinner, 到達的時候，她們再三強調兩個鐘餐時間。沒想到這個時段也有8 成入坐。 服務尚算不錯，上菜和整理桌面的速度很快。我們三個人點了一個麻辣和酸菜白肉鍋。 台式麻辣味濃而辣度溫和，不錯。但酸菜鍋可以不要，不像台灣吃的那味道，口味有點淡。主菜點了山海一盤、一份牛肩胛、響鈴、小企鵝、青菜等等。食物的質素比一般吃到飽的連鎖火鍋店好。牛肉和海鮮都可以。有兩點意見是最後奉上的jelly, 那顆梅可否脫核？差點咬崩牙，還有如果是小朋友，沒有想過吃jelly 會有果核。另外，光線不足，太黑了！ Anyway, 埋單 $1500 尚算合理😅👍🏻
