心血來潮想食滬菜,突然間醒起好耐無食嘅王家沙,於是就去咗黃埔天地享饍坊嘅王家沙花樣年華。・招牌蟹粉小籠包:食滬菜,當然唔少得小籠包啦。小籠包都有三種選擇 (蘇式鮮肉、招牌蟹粉、松露),我就揀咗最大路嘅招牌蟹粉小籠包。一籠有五隻,隻隻都皮薄多汁,蟹粉肉餡又好新鮮juice。如果唔係點咗五、六道菜,點多一籠都仲得呀。・王家沙擔擔麵:擔擔麵係另一個我好中意食嘅經典滬菜。「王家沙」除咗傳統嘅擔擔麵,仲有紅燒牛腩同黑毛豬扒可以選擇。同小籠包一樣,我都係揀返最大路嘅王家沙擔擔麵。擔擔麵保持住水準,好好食。但略嫌唔夠辣,可以將辣度再稍稍提升就完美喇。・韭菜炒鱔糊:鱔肉有口感,而且鮮甜,加上韭黃獨有嘅香味,令整道菜嘅鮮味提升不少。・鮮拆蟹粉扒豆苗:來自另一張點餐紙嘅菜式,應該係時令菜式嚟。鮮拆蟹粉加上蟹糕,同鮮嫩嘅豆苗炒埋一齊,嗰一種嘅鮮甜蟹味,分外香口。・上海醃篤鮮:醃篤鮮是上海一種春季時令菜式,用冬筍、咸肉、豆腐皮結同鮮豬肉,置於文火上慢燉。「王家沙」將依道醃篤鮮做得好好,可以品嘗到食材嘅原汁原味,無添加鹽、味精等任何調料,全是食材的鮮味。・芝麻豆沙餅:十分脆口,餅皮唔會太厚。芝麻落得好足,所以好
