To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近很多朋友來香港探訪，來到香港當然要帶好友們吃點地道的粵菜。這次選了在交易廣場裏的翠玉軒，屬於美心集團旗下的餐廳。這家美芝蓮一星粵菜壞境舒適，我們大概傍晚6點到還沒有很多人。翠玉軒的餐牌有點似曾相識的感覺，和美心集團旗下的其他餐廳有點類似但也有不一樣。最經典的粵菜怎麽能不點叉燒和燒鵝。這裏的燒鵝肥瘦適中，肉汁多而且很香很贊！叉燒也很肥美松軟，不錯！柑橘脆蝦球。沒想到柑橘味和蝦球味道還蠻搭，蝦球本身很新鮮很爽口，外層炸得很酥脆，還有一點點地柑橘味道很有新鮮感。我們每人點了一只葡汁焗響螺。吃完了我都不知道響螺到底是吃了沒有，因為他們把響螺肉剁碎配上葡汁，味道是很不錯的拉，而且每只響螺都放在一個銀色碟子上很好看。最後我們還點了雪糕楊枝柑露作飯後甜點。分量不大，甜味剛剛好，配上芒果雪糕好好吃！這家餐廳價格屬於中等，位置便利環境不錯，味道也很好，可以去試試看喔♥
