To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有水準的食物及超值Set dinner

我之前都有和朋友來這Pierside 吃 Set dinner ,, 在我覺得以Hotel這價$298買一送一來說有頭盤,湯, 熱盆,甜品吃到有Hotel水準已物超所值,當曰我最喜歡的頭盤很精巧小小地一碟有三款炸帶子,木瓜Salad等等,湯:龍蝦湯很熱好香又濃,而熱盤牛柳成熟很準確5成熟又夠熱而且碟亦很熱,而甜品就一般不夠滑又實.及環境很好,但如果在outside吃dinner,我覺得幾熱food都很快凍,所以坐indoor最好總括而言,非常抵食!
