To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每一日要諗食乜都用咗好多時間同功夫，要食梗係要食好嘢，今晚仲要有女朋友喺度一定要俾返咁上下質素佢。西餐廳就梗嘅。呢間餐廳就做到晒以上嘅要求，係尖沙咀核心地帶，原來已經有好多人聽過，好熱鬧！等咗一陣就入到啦。我哋嚟到見Menu有好多好嘢食，我哋揀咗個餐主菜係青口，另外要一個軟殼蟹漢堡包。先黎麵包，值得讚個麵包有特色，而且有變化，唔係純粹俾你墊肚。個餐就包沙律，湯，嘢飲，青口嚟到有擺盤，份量夠大，食落調味啱啱好！漢堡包原來有跟埋薯條，係粗嘅，抵讚。軟殼蟹外脆內軟，有肉，幾正。
