To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親生日,我們都會去吃海鮮,這幾年都是去三聖吃海鮮,今年第一次去鯉魚門吃海鮮這間餐廳有分上下兩層,長期都full booking,幸好親人幫忙訂位。樓上的有幾個獨立房間,還會有人獨立招待,房間內有一個獨立的露台,看著外面一整個岸景,配合著岸邊商店的霓虹燈光,五光十色的炸瀨尿蝦瀨尿蝦已經切成小件,炸到脆卜卜,蝦膏就沒有了,但是勝在多肉和新鮮炸蝦頭象拔蚌刺身,我的最愛🥳內臟部分都炸起來配椒鹽吃粉絲蒸扇貝醬油在下面,有好多蒜,正這個乳鴨也好吃,熱呼呼的,醬汁不會結晶我覺得這個最好吃😂時令水果,芒果和木瓜不是一般的甜!!象拔蚌內臟,辣辣地,配醬汁吃桂花馬豆糕呢餐飯比較貴7個人吃了7000幾元
