To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實係元朗都成日食,相信元朗人對永年士多都唔會陌生,可能由細陪到你大?依家開多左2間分店,朋友話未食過,今日又出銅鑼灣,就帶佢試下。環境因為好耐之前元朗果間都裝修左,唔再係舊香港茶餐廳啲feel,而係行返新派啲既路線,座位都算多,食車仔麵既人流流動快。餐牌除左車仔麵,都有多士餐,同埋有抹茶紅豆冰,唔係得傳統食物。三餸一麵 $43揀左牛肚、蘿蔔同埋韮菜餃配烏冬,要中辣,其實想食小辣,但係微辣一跳就到中辣,微辣又唔夠我食,唯有要中辣。湯底一呷果然辣味十足,但又唔係嗆喉果種,辣得黎後勁唔算好勁,幾過癮,而牛肚、蘿蔔都係索汁配料,配上辣汁岩嗜辣之人,韮菜餃都幾大隻而且足料,係烏冬份量少左啲,男仕未必食得飽。三餸一麵 $43另一碗揀左豬紅、溏心蛋、時菜配米粉,因為友人唔太舒服,湯底走辣。一呷湯底係以豉油調岀黎,少少咸味調味,略為簡單,而配菜時菜係菜心,份量好多,豬紅食落甜甜地,車仔麵crossover日式溏心蛋都係第一次見,所以叫黎試下,溏心程度都理想,清清地,唔舒服都食得,加上米粉份量比烏冬多好多,好大碗。多士餐 $30要左斑蘭咖央多士配樽仔奶茶。多士得半份,比預期中少,可能主角都係樽仔奶茶,

要左斑蘭咖央多士配樽仔奶茶。多士得半份,比預期中少,可能主角都係樽仔奶茶,因為靜買樽仔奶茶都要$19,依家加多$11有半份多士食。雖然份量少,但佢個咖央醬幾好食,微甜唔會過甜,而樽仔奶茶既茶味比奶岀少少但又唔會苦澀,都可以。

原價$25杯,跟餐相對上抵好多,上層係抹茶,下層係紅豆冰。抹茶味有,但唔算好出,紅豆份量都多,最緊要係冰夠多,飲落先爽。

總括而言,以銅鑼灣區黎講,銅鑼灣人士有個好好食飯既地方,以銅鑼灣地段價錢唔算太貴,味道都同元朗相若,但又唔洗走到入元朗先食到,加上車仔麵夠快,配合返上班一族既需要。
