To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日男朋友提議去佐敦覓食, 揀左幾間餐廳, 最後決定食越南菜。上湯雞絲粉 (一人餐, $50)湯底幾清, 但味道都算濃, 有點可惜是有別於其他越南餐廳, 這裡是沒有提供羅勒葉和辣椒的, 所以有點不正宗。蟹肉焗蛋金磚(2件) (追加小食, +$26)第一次食,幾特別,蟹肉加蛋組合,幾香蜂蜜柑桔露 (追加飲品, 凍+$11)本來想飲椰青,但賣哂,所以試下蜂蜜柑桔露,酸酸甜甜,幾解辣,但叫餐都加$11,就有啲貴。甘蔗蝦(每支) $48又係第一次食,男朋友推介,亦都係我覺得成餐飯最好食,蝦膠包住甘蔗,雖然唔係好食得出甘蔗既甜,但蝦膠鮮甜彈牙,$48貴唔貴,就見仁見智,畢竟都係手工菜。肉碎生菜包 $75超超超級咸,師傅落鹽太重手了,成晚最期望反而最失望,將啲肉碎過一過湯都好咸,所以食唔哂,唯一贏在$75比較起其他菜算係抵食。
