冬天真係忍唔住不停去打邊爐,今晚試新野,食泰式打邊爐湯底揀左鴛鴦湯底冬蔭公小辣加椰子雞,冬蔭公好足料,一黎到已經可以當湯飲,用黎做火鍋湯底真係第一次,基本上都唔駛另外沾醬汁,火鍋料已經好入味椰子雞好香濃椰子味,但可能冬蔭公嗰邊比較濃味,所以食嘅時候有少少蓋過左椰子嘅香味!另外加錢叫左餐前小食泰式鳳爪($28),食剩兩三隻先記得影相,原本大概有七八隻,味道酸酸辣辣,餐前醒胃一流然後到火鍋,首先係巨型嘅海鮮拼盤有蝦、蜆、蠔、貝類、魚、帶子等等,最好食係蝦同埋蠔,蝦夠大隻又爽口,放喺冬蔭公湯底嗰邊煮就啱晒,蠔就放椰子雞嗰邊,清清地可以食到蠔嘅鮮味!火鍋配料方面大部分都係免費追加,我地加錢叫左碟手切牛肩肉($68),牛味夠又夠腍,讚!其他配料方面我地都試左好多款,比較好味有排骨粒,平時算少見,煮起上黎吸晒啲冬蔭公味,出奇地好食仲有一啲泰式嘅火鍋料,例如扎肉、泰式丸、泰式辣肉片,第一次用火鍋形式食,幾特別最驚喜係寬河粉,原本一片煮完會捲埋變左一條,加埋湯底就好似食緊泰式湯河咁!飲品有雪櫃任飲,都算多選擇仲有韓式飲品,另外可以加錢($18)飲泰式奶茶、椰汁冰、青檸梳打等等特色飲品!飲品櫃隔離仲有啲
