天氣開始轉涼,又係要打邊爐嘅時間朋友話有間野係泰式邊爐,唔知有咩分別,就跟佢上黎試有雞煲揀,又有得加錢食海鮮間野非常大間,七,八點左右亦爆曬棚椰子湯底一開始唔洗急住ORDER,頭一轉佢會俾曬成SET先要大讚嘅係佢個無骨雞爪泰式醃料,食落脆脆硬硬咁,超級開胃又有生菜包,開始明點解呢間野同泰式拉上關係海鮮拼盤全部都好鮮味,尤其鮑魚,青口烚完撈上黎係唔會話縮水到好似粒米咁飲品櫃外面有一堆自助櫃醬料自助,甜品任食,仲有啲薯條阿之類小食要提既係泰式糕點真係好好味,椰汁味超濃郁,煙煙UNUN咁食完之後好滿足,覺得幾整齊又想寫個正皮俾佢下次再叫埋朋友黎幫襯點知未寫就已結業哈哈哈唯有送上遲來的正皮

天氣凍,吃火鍋真的是最好不過,但這次不是日式、港式的火鍋,而是泰式火鍋。點了海鮮雞煲套餐,除了指定食材外,還有其他免費追加食材。自取食材大部份都以泰式食材為主,還有我最愛的班蘭糕和椰汁糕。飄香椰子雞煲椰子味道非常重,與嫰滑的雞肉相當配合,份量也十分多。泰式豬肉碎生菜包泰式餐廳必吃,想不到這裡也吃到,吃起來非常惹味。安格斯靚肥牛、農場黑豚肉、蒙古羊肉片,肉質滿嫰,味道也不錯。海鮮種類非常多,有鮑魚、扇貝、大蝦、美國桶蠔、蜆等等,件件新鮮,桶蠔鮮甜肥美,大蝦爽彈。吃一點蔬菜減少油膩感。吃我最愛的甜品,一兩件應該也不夠我吃。

天氣稍涼, 朋友即急不及待要吃打邊爐, 今晚就找了間吃冬蔭公湯底的雞煲邊爐熱熱身就在旺角瓊華樓上的泰邊爐, 地點非常方便, 餐廳地方也很寬敞, 不會像其他打邊爐餐廳的空氣中都擠滿熱氣, 坐得很舒服最近轉了新 menu, 有椰子雞湯, 青咖哩雞湯等新湯底, 不過朋友還是揀了最愛的冬蔭公湯底套餐大包圍, 基本想食的都有齊了前菜有鮮炸蝦片及魚皮, 而且一直換新的出來, 吃來一直都是香脆的泰國直送甜品, 未打邊爐已經甜品先吃了. 有些特別的配料來配搭泰式湯底我選了櫻花蝦+泰式辣醬香濃的冬蔭公雞煲, 雞肉夠彈滑, 吃到最後也沒有鞋拾拾餐廳夠細心, 放下一整支冬蔭公湯底讓客人自行加濃安格斯肥牛與黑豚肉新鮮且味濃; 另外泰式排骨與生菜包都是其他餐廳少見的提供還有不能少的海鮮船 - 廣島蠔, 帶子, 青口, 鮮螺, 還有最愛的鮑魚; 一起倒入爐中,  湯底即時加添海鮮味飯後也不能少了甜品, 幾款甜品都很快被掃清, 一定要眼明手快
