To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友請我食生日tea，揀咗呢個地方食。去到時候，覺得好特別，因為佢除咗係一間餐廳之外，仲有好多唔同嘅木製品係現場展示，鍾意嘅亦都可以即場購買。餐牌嘅選擇都幾多我就叫咗個All Day Breakfast，有個牛角包、炒滑蛋、蘑菇、香腸、茄汁焗豆同煙肉，係一個多種類又豐富嘅早餐，味道亦都非常之好，尤其牛角包好鬆軟，滑蛋炒得香，配埋煙肉同其他一齊食好夠飽又健康，另外再要多杯花茶，好清潤，加上現場環境幽靜，適合朋友喺度談天說地！
