To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真的好鍾意食TEA！份量剛好，罪惡感也無噤大！只是一心想輕鬆休息下！下午3:30經過，見到有位，睇埋餐牌，TEA SET都係$100左右，有甜有鹹，就入左去啦！環境舒服，2個人，我地坐了張4人檯！一人一甜點TEA SET，英式鬆餅配抺茶咖啡，味道、口感剛剛好！不會太甜！有2個，食晒都會覺得飽！抺茶咖啡好靚，用雙層杯！雜苺PANCAKES 配 LATTE，PANCAKES口感實淨，因有醬的關係，較濕潤！另外，見到有雞翼又好想食，就又叫多個TEA SET，飲品就外賣拿手！餐牌上叫做「小小辣焗雞翼」，真的只有微辣，肉質嫩滑，係用一個小鐵筒裝住的！

Other Info. : 「小小辣焗雞翼」原只打算散叫，但侍應好主動提我哋TEA SET同散叫一樣價錢仲多杯野飲，見我地話2個人飲唔晒3杯，仲主動表示可改飲品攞走。
