To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去食自助餐都預咗唔喺太好食又要排隊輪野食～ 所以去之前冇期望，不過呢間唔駛點排隊攞野食，我食第一輪都唔多人🤔簡單比下分：首先環境：100分，清潔：100分服務110分，我諗係暫時去過服務最好嘅自助餐不過去之前要有心理預備佢選擇唔多，我諗一般自助餐1/2-1/3左右，但都可以接受先講海鮮，可以唔食～ 🤣一如其他自助餐咁唔好食刺身 ， 壽司 ，幾好食～ 同比個量都多沙律/甜品 多款式同水準合格，沙律算水準以上熟食～ 反而最好食🤪呢間餐廳最令我冇想像過嘅係服務，我request 咗左冰水，服務員好好，見冇哂時主動換咗杯新冰水見到我哋食到甜品就 上茶或咖啡同埋好值得一讚嘅喺，佢唔係大大盤野食就咁放出黎，而喺逐啲咁refill , 所以啲野食keep得住個質素（個別無人問津食物除外）希望下次去都保持到水準，海鮮換返啲好食啲嘅款式啦

不過去之前要有心理預備佢選擇唔多，我諗一般自助餐1/2-1/3左右，但都可以接受

先講海鮮，可以唔食～ 🤣一如其他自助餐咁唔好食

刺身 ， 壽司 ，幾好食～ 同比個量都多
沙律/甜品 多款式同水準合格，沙律算水準以上

熟食～ 反而最好食🤪

呢間餐廳最令我冇想像過嘅係服務，我request 咗左冰水，服務員好好，見冇哂時主動換咗杯新冰水

見到我哋食到甜品就 上茶或咖啡

同埋好值得一讚嘅喺，佢唔係大大盤野食就咁放出黎，而喺逐啲咁refill , 所以啲野食keep得住個質素（個別無人問津食物除外）
