To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行入餐廳，帶位員安排嘅四人座位都幾凍吓(我只得兩人)，當時有五六張四座位吉枱，就問問店員可唔可以轉去角位坐(已向店員表達我好快食完，如有需要時我可以轉返張枱俾你)，點知帶位嗰位姐姐👇🏻 死都唔肯，咁唯有算囉！首先，餐廳食物種類唔多我叫咗個和風牛肉拉麵(北海道地獄湯底)拉麵冇特別，湯底唔夠辣之餘仲淡茂茂個女叫咗個紫菜滷蛋烏冬，個湯底鹹到七彩，啲紫菜林啤啤，隻滷蛋似豉油蛋多啲囉另外，叫多咗個芝士炸年糕，好似返炸再返炸咁，啲油完全滲入年糕內，想點先~~🙄最後杯菜蜜連茶餐廳嘅質素都未攀得上，有色無味，淡到似水呢吓好嘢，要做到呢個效果都唔容易😪總結:唯有👋🏻👋🏻，永別啦！
