今次係第二次幫襯,因為服務員大多講英文,環境有格調嘅酒吧西餐廳,加上落地玻璃,連埋Happy Hour 3-6pm有飲品食物半價!Beetroot and Parma Ham $148頭盆計,份量可接受,但真係好好味,廚師係知道佢地嘅味道真係好夾,紅菜頭冇草青味,反而好清新,加上巴馬火腿嘅鹹香同藍芝士果種臭,入口居然相互配襯而且擺碟一流Baked Camembert $178冇諗過芝士原個上,而且熱住食!金文畢係幾鹹,但係連埋多士食又有一番風味,再配上白酒Chablis,即時變甜Chateau Costis $250有啲後悔,因為半價嘅話真係揀枝貴啲嘅飲,呢枝香氣一般,味道都係一般Bordeaux酒嘅味道,有啲Tannic,Air左一個鐘都唔算改善太多Le Confit De Canard $158薯茸滑溜,鴨腿因為啲蘑菇燒汁而唔乾,肉質就始終因為佢係長時間油浸而比較老,不過手工菜黎計係值得試試Australia M3+ Waygu Beef Ribeye 300g $308最後係澳洲和牛肉眼,叫左Medium-Well,不過上枱under左少少接近Medium,其實係我想要,因為女

最後係澳洲和牛肉眼,叫左Medium-Well,不過上枱under左少少接近Medium,其實係我想要,因為女友唔食生

肉質幾滑,估唔到M3+已經有呢個程度,而且廚師用猛火燒脆左外層
醬汁方面有Bearnaise同黑椒汁,Bearnaise我唔太好,黑椒汁係正,我嫌佢唔夠黑椒唔夠辣,不過又無謂重味蓋過件牛扒啦!整體係完美

我地由4點食到6點,時間過得好快,店員冇趕我地走,只係禮貌地提一提,而一入座都有簡單講返Happy Hour 嘅半價係食物同飲品都有,好服務
