由於而家每個星期都要去尖沙咀做Yoga, 又想嘆杯靚啡, 上網睇到呢間cafe討論度都幾高於是便來試試夏日炎炎沒什麼胃口, 於是便點了一個清清涼涼的沙律碗, 飽肚又能補充身體營養底部有沙律雜菜, 上面有小蕃茄, 牛油果、無花果、水波蛋、牛扒和南瓜, 南瓜淋甜, 有少量辣椒粉和黑芝麻飾面, 味道唔錯, 食落都好新鮮, 牛扒亦夠多汁Juicy, 隨餐仲有兩塊多士, 熱latte揀左大杯裝 , 食完都幾飽肚另外出面有cookie bar自助, 有mini scone和 chocolate cookies 不過味道就一般般不過不失整體食物質素ok, 不過定價都係偏高一點
