店主貼出告示指每日限量供餐,賣完即止,飯係用日本米煮製。套餐之一海老天丼,中央位置放咗一隻半熟蛋,蛋的四周用一片蓮藕、一大片南瓜、一件茄子同兩片葉層層疊咁冚住,堆砌出一個高台,拱照中央一隻炸蝦,碗邊放一片紫菜,擺法有啲似金子半之助。炸漿本身帶咸味,加埋灑喺餸面的味粉同飯入面的醬油,成碗飯好夠味。咁多樣炸物,搶先食炸蝦,入口咸咗啲啲。粉漿炸出嚟夠薄身兼脆口,蔬菜片切得較一般日式食店的厚身同大件,絕對討好。跟餐沙律同麵豉湯都係淺嚐咋,前者菜較硬,後者略重鹽。唔飲湯冇問題,店方有開水供應,小姑心想若果有茶飲就好喇,可能慣咗光顧日式食肆係會飲茶。吧枱高腳櫈的櫈底設有一藍子,供客人放置隨身物品,夠細心。不妨做多步,好似日本人咁加多塊布冚住個藍,客人一定會用得更安心。
