又係一個人係大埔搵食既日子,雖然睇住佢開,但一直都無時間光顧,難得可以,又知幾多好評,點都要試試.唔知係咪自己怪,呢間明明出名盅頭飯,我就偏唔食,想試下其他野得唔得.下午茶時段都有好多選擇,就選取以鮮牛肉通作主打的茶餐好了,牛油多士配雙蛋 : 真係估唔到用上厚切方包,雖然邊位因放置得太耐而變得偏硬,不過中心位依然軟熟,是有點驚喜,而雙蛋是大路貨色,不用提.鮮牛肉通粉 : 一上檯便見湯面浮有血絲,証明是即叫即煮,對辦,呷一口湯,跟上水廣成差不多,但稍為欠了少許肉味,牛肉給醃得發白,咬落去不夠柔韌,是過了火位,通粉其實可以好一些,但處理人太心急,明明汆水未夠,食落去是有點粉.埋單$22,感覺是有誠意,但在細節處粗疏,期待下一次試盅頭飯.
