To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無去九龍城,聽說新開不少咖啡店,而且質素不錯,就趁長假期過來看看。幾間新cafe中,不是每間都有主食,所以揀了這間,有主食有甜點有咖啡,滿足和朋友不同的要求。 一走進餐廳,就像回到80年代的藥材店,掛牆和櫃面都保留舊有特色,還有植物和懷舊雜誌電視機等等的佈置。餐牌上的主食款式新穎,而且咖啡選擇多。我就點了一份甜點和一杯咖啡。 =法式煎多士=一心抱著港式西多士的期待,以為是普通烘乾的麵包,原來有個驚喜!外表金黃色,食落似焦糖布甸一樣,香脆滋味,內裏軟滑易入口。旁邊的雪糕球同樣是驚喜,以為是雲尼拿味,一食落去有濃郁的椰子味,奶味重,口感夠滑,連埋多士食,口感豐富。 =flatwhite=餐廳只提供一款咖啡豆選擇,豆味偏nutty,打奶泡很穩定,而且拉花圖案用心,是不錯的咖啡。 以新式cafe風格而言,水準平穩,選擇新穎,咖啡也有不少選擇,難怪門外常常等位。
