To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

學校附近嘅一間小店，由一家三口👨‍👩‍👧經營，去嘅時候好似都有唔少熟客，見到老闆娘同佢地都有講有笑😌。店舖唔大，open kitchen可以令顧客見到廚房狀況👍🏻除左menu上嘅lunch set仲有學生餐，唔少學生都嚟呢度食lunch。今次叫左個lunch set，有餐湯或飲品配主食。·<蔬菜湯>其實就係羅宋湯，上嘅時候仲係好熱辣辣，就算食完個意粉再飲都夠暖😌蔬菜已經blend爛曬，好有真材實料嘅感覺，好有蕃茄味，夠酸！·<米蘭豬扒配蕃茄意粉🍝>豬扒應該係用半煎炸嘅方式整，外層嘅脆皮唔厚，不過就唔係幾夠脆，豬扒唔會太薄，食落都唔乾唔鞋，但覺得似係有用過鬆肉粉，配上呢種茄汁有少少奇怪。意粉軟硬適中，個汁食得出係用新鮮蕃茄整🍅，不過就唔太夠味，而且比較水。·個意粉唔係出色，用湯搭救，下次可以試下其實菜色，支持小店😗

<蔬菜湯>
其實就係羅宋湯，上嘅時候仲係好熱辣辣，就算食完個意粉再飲都夠暖😌蔬菜已經blend爛曬，好有真材實料嘅感覺，好有蕃茄味，夠酸！
