資深同事突然間想食叉燒,佢本身都係一個叉燒控,食過好多唔同餐廳既叉燒,佢最推介呢一間,要訂先有既”甘一刀”,仲要吩咐我一定要訂兩一碟。我地一行4人去食過富貴lunch ! 前菜店經理推介左皮旦同蛋卷。皮蛋一般般,無雪花同流心效果。腐皮蛋卷係凍食,有紫菜,食到有蝦籽,都幾特別。燒鵝一上碟就好香,個皮好脆,肉嫩,現場食好正,我覺得好好食😋同事話一樂定甘牌好食啲。我覺得都幾撞手神,要睇天時地理人和,隻鵝靚唔靚,同師傅手勢😏上次我食甘牌同鏞記就一般般,可能外賣返屋企有關。甘一刀隆重登場,資深同事話一定要食!係梅頭肉,好食,彈牙,入味,雖然係因為有舊肥肓先好食,食左先再算!但食幾舊就會漏,都好厚切下!一隻手指甘厚!西洋菜湯另一招牌菜,佢唔似吖媽煲個種,係有少少西式湯甘打碎矖啲兩洋菜去處理,先有甘綠既湯,再加上店經理話係五十年以上既陳皮煲既,所以有甘既價錢。可以一試。湯渣另上,係好大條骨去淆有肉梗要食啲菜,炒咗個蒜蓉豆苗。ok覺得燒鵝一定要配瀨粉所以叫左一碗。ok呢餐食得好飽,多謝同事請食飯。下次同屋企人黎先
