To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳早兩天預約都以滿座為由無法預約,那只好Walk-in, 即使Walk-in都要等至少40分鐘,但見到如此多人等這間餐廳就激發起我想食的欲望。最後被安排坐鐵板燒枱前面,看到師父煎燒餅,先放材料,一煎、再反、又摺兩摺,再整成圓形,技巧之熟練令我感到驚呀。視覺已經開了胃,我們都點了一個一杯大板燒餅,牛肉年糕、豚肉石頭飯和用海苔捲年糕,大板燒入口香, 牛筋腍而不「蘇」,芝士十分足料。因為鐵板燒枱邊是一字形坐法,空間有限,幸好待應已經幫我們分好九份,免去大家刀來刀往的問題,真是貼心的做法。本以為大板燒是最大買點。但最驚喜的是牛肉年糕。年糕的較勁和米香加上牛肉汁,口感層次豐富。如果跟海苔捲年糕作比較,牛肉年糕絶對是無得輸。其他包括素菜烏冬,生薑豚肉石頭鍋飯。烏冬普通,食完好快會忘記味道,生薑豚肉石頭鍋飯油份較多,但勝在醬汁香濃,難得飯底香脆,有鍋巴,挽回部分分數。服務上,待應每次看到有客人光顧,都用日本話大叫歡迎光臨,只是等餐時時間稍長,有一個炒麵更加等了半小時才到,而且坐鐵板燒枱邊的缺點是温度較熱及油煙味重。整體而言這間餐廳值得再去。
