To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中上環的歌賦街食店林立，一有時間我就會在附近覓食，今日經過門面高雅的上海弄堂菜肉餛飩，就一於入去覓食。店內環境設計給人好舒適的感覺，店員服務也不錯，是三五成群傾計的好地方。食物選擇不少，有全日供應的套餐，也有單叫的食物。我們先叫了一份1人套餐，小食選了酸辣湯，酸辣湯味道酸辣中帶甜，濃度適中，好醒胃。主菜則選了陳年花雕醉雞，醉雞爽口入味，花雕純香，喝一口花雕，實在醒神。主菜可配白飯/菜飯/湯麵，我則選了加$10轉擔擔麵，擔擔麵有充滿花生的濃香，麵軟硬適中，唔錯。套餐加$5可配豆漿一杯，加配的豆漿好高質素，不是一般貨色，豆味香濃，喝到底還有少少豆渣，真材實料。另外，我們還單叫了砂窩雲吞雞，煮過的雞仍然嫩滑。湯底除了雞外還用上少許的金華火腿，喝落雞湯味厚。還有不少得的菜肉餛飩，菜肉餛飩隻隻都脹卜卜，而且皮好滑，菜好爽口好有口感配上少少肉，絕對推介。小棠菜脆口，是砂窩雲吞雞不少得的配菜。
