To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Amitie Kitchen 之前食過都覺得好食, 今次再訪前者先上左daily bread, 有3款焗熱香氣十足. 有芝士脆片, 一款係有提子包, 仲有strawberry jam 同牛油可以塗火炙半熟三文魚沙律伴紫蘇莎莎超好食, 三文魚好新鮮火炙過更香, 下面veggie 配有紫蘇特有香味😁紐西蘭西冷配薯菜 叫左medium rare, 牛肉呈嫩紅色香味濃郁juicy, 好食另外仲叫左個花甲蕃茄天使麵, 唔會太腍. sauce 都fresh開心果咖啡叫左杯一邊塗滿開心果醬, 配左latte. 如果可以再多點開心果味就更好士多啤梨朱古力窩夫配士多啤梨雪糕打卡好靚仲有朱古力寫餐廳名, waffle 對切, 有雪糕尖沙咀厚福街8號H8 9樓
