再次到訪此餐廳,今日遇到個好細心嘅侍應,佢叫做Jimmy。專業嘅staff係會提升到成個用餐體驗。 Jimmy會介紹哩度嘅牛油係好食,而且係低鹽牛油,咁啲牛油又真係唔錯~因為我上次嚟嘅時候都覺得佢啲牛油係幾好食~。點餐嘅時候,佢又會同我哋預下啲份量,驚我哋女仔食唔曬。上牛扒嘅時候,佢又會話畀客人知嗰8樽鹽,其實只有頭尾2樽係用嚟配牛扒(smoked sea salt & Japanese black garlic salt) ,淨番個6樽係用嚟食海鮮嘅,上次嚟係完全冇人介紹過,但明明呢度食牛扒係sell鹽同埋sell 嗰啲醬😌。到揀牛扒刀嘅時候,雖然把把刀係一樣嘅,就係畀客人揀下刀嘅花紋,但係當我喱個港女話想同啲刀影相,佢又會細心咁樣拎過另外一盒裝滿嘅刀嚟畀我影。原來哩位員工只係第5日響呢度返工,聽講佢之前係去不同餐廳嗰度做training嘅,唔怪之得對食材同調味料配搭咁有認識啦。
