甜品Apple Crumble , 份量很足和不太甜

我們每人加了一杯紅酒配牛扒。

本身餐廳位於屬於舊水警總部的法定古蹟內,所以氣氛幾好。

餐廳提供 3 - 5 course的 Tasting menu,而我地選擇5 course。

2 x 頭盤, 1 x 湯, 1 x 主菜, 1 x 甜品

頭盤:
- 帶子及青豆配搭得幾好
- 大蝦沙律的肉夠爽
- 蟹餅香口,未算太油膩

湯:
- 龍蝦湯夠鮮味,幾好
- 洋蔥湯略嫌唔夠濃郁,及洋蔥可以稍為多啲

主菜:
US Ribeye - Medium well done
US Striploin - Medium well done

2份牛扒整體OK, 當中以Ribeye碳燒味較為豐富
個人會較為喜歡Ribeye

2款甜品就較為普通,最重要有個“Happy Birthday”朱古力牌。

服務方面:
- Serve我地的職員十分helpful, 而且對我地的BB亦十分友善
- 未必係做緊高級扒房或fine dining應有的標準,但friendly service的態度更加重要

偶爾發現間餐廳,裝修很有復古美,決定進去試試。下單後服務生給幾款麵包給我們選,每款都不錯,是很好的餐前點。頭盤是牛肉塔塔。牛肉切得很細很新鮮,混合一些小紅莓,Capers酸豆,清爽可口。第二道是烤龍蝦。雖然只有很簡單的鹽和胡椒的調味,但還是吃得出來龍蝦的鮮甜和彈牙,配上被推薦的意大利白酒,非常的順口。第三道是煎牛柳。外皮煎得焦香脆皮,切開裡面還是充滿肉汁,是 medium 剛好的粉紅色澤, 咬下去馬上感受到濃郁的肉味和軟嫩的肉質,非常推薦這道菜。牛排有多種鹽選配,服務也很到位貼心,之後會再到這間餐廳。

我哋order左牛肉他他蝦片、菠蘿帶子配蘋果木煙肉、鴨肝、澳洲和牛肉眼、龍蝦尾、鱸魚。

不過可能呢到係古蹟,都有唔少蟻係到行,但對我嚟講就唔算好介意,始終都明,古蹟就係咁,食物無就無問題。

一坐低就已經好快有麵包比我哋啦🥰,仲有唔同的選擇比你,總有一款啱你口味😊,仲要啲包好靚靚,我自己個人鍾意有南瓜籽的麵包,因為本身鍾意食多穀物的包,當然每個人口味都唔同啦。

鱸魚又係非常出色,魚處理得唔好會有腥味,同太靭,但餐廳真係整得好好,唔會咁,入口好嫩滑👍🏻。

澳洲和牛肉眼就聽左經理的推薦,揀左四成熟,就真係啱啱好,外面脆卜卜,入面就仲好嫩,而且澳洲和牛牛味又夠濃❤️,超出色。

走進1881 The Steak Room,首先俾裝潢氛圍吸引住,感覺高貴又唔失親切。開胃菜牛肉他他真係令到我瞓身企起,牛肉嫩滑得黎又充滿肉香,搭配嗰陣清新嘅醬汁同脆卜卜嘅蝦片,簡直係惹味到不得了呀!蟹餅外皮煎得啱啱好,蟹肉滿滿,鬆化鮮甜,每一啖都令人回味無窮。揾到杯好飲嘅龍蝦湯真係難得,呢個湯品香濃得黎唔膩口,真係深得我心😌。雖然我同檔口唔太鍾意洋蔥湯,但都認真嚐到佢嘅用心同濃郁感,只係個人口味問題。講到正菜,個牛柳煎得外香內嫩,肉質咬落絕對係精彩嘅演出啊👌,而嗰隻龍蝦唔止大隻,仲食落去彈牙鮮美。服務方面,侍應每位都笑容可掬,彬彬有禮,令晚餐嘅體驗更加分。總結,呢度係個適合慶祝特別日子,或者想同心愛去人一齊享受美味嘅好地方㗎!🎉
