頭盤:
- 帶子及青豆配搭得幾好
- 大蝦沙律的肉夠爽
- 蟹餅香口,未算太油膩

湯:
- 龍蝦湯夠鮮味,幾好
- 洋蔥湯略嫌唔夠濃郁,及洋蔥可以稍為多啲

主菜:
US Ribeye - Medium well done
US Striploin - Medium well done

2份牛扒整體OK, 當中以Ribeye碳燒味較為豐富
個人會較為喜歡Ribeye

2款甜品就較為普通,最重要有個“Happy Birthday”朱古力牌。

服務方面:
- Serve我地的職員十分helpful, 而且對我地的BB亦十分友善
- 未必係做緊高級扒房或fine dining應有的標準,但friendly service的態度更加重要

偶爾發現間餐廳,裝修很有復古美,決定進去試試。下單後服務生給幾款麵包給我們選,每款都不錯,是很好的餐前點。頭盤是牛肉塔塔。牛肉切得很細很新鮮,混合一些小紅莓,Capers酸豆,清爽可口。第二道是烤龍蝦。雖然只有很簡單的鹽和胡椒的調味,但還是吃得出來龍蝦的鮮甜和彈牙,配上被推薦的意大利白酒,非常的順口。第三道是煎牛柳。外皮煎得焦香脆皮,切開裡面還是充滿肉汁,是 medium 剛好的粉紅色澤, 咬下去馬上感受到濃郁的肉味和軟嫩的肉質,非常推薦這道菜。牛排有多種鹽選配,服務也很到位貼心,之後會再到這間餐廳。

龍蝦尾肉質非常鮮嫩,彈牙,好好味😋。

鱸魚又係非常出色,魚處理得唔好會有腥味,同太靭,但餐廳真係整得好好,唔會咁,入口好嫩滑👍🏻。

澳洲和牛肉眼就聽左經理的推薦,揀左四成熟,就真係啱啱好,外面脆卜卜,入面就仲好嫩,而且澳洲和牛牛味又夠濃❤️,超出色。

本人好鐘意食steak,本身諗住去grand Hyatt食個 brunch,但男友話想試下新嘢,甘我就提議去the steak room試下啦,見open rice都有好多好評。去到,同個後生啲既waiter 講兩位,佢咩都唔講就走左去,行左幾步之後擰轉頭望下我,用眼神示意我坐呢張枱,ok,fine,我覺得已經好無禮貌。跟住我哋坐低既時候,佢用手撥開放係張枱面上面嘅餐巾,放低張餐牌,跟住用好晦氣同埋唔耐煩嘅說話問我哋飲咩。。。佢果刻既態度呢,我真係想同佢講我唔食喇。。。真係無比較,無傷害。。。當你如果去開Morton's steakhouse, the steak house 又或者Grand Hyatt steakhouse,你真係覺得甘心畀幾千蚊食餐飯。。。但呢間既service,真係唔得!!!食物okay,如果唔係個生左白鴿眼既後生waiter破壞曬個心情,應該會好好多,我就唔會寫呢個食評!!
