To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚放工後我們二人到太子容記小菜王晚餐餐牌內很多餸菜也非常吸引,但係我哋只得兩個人,點兩項也夠飽了。決定點 海鮮濃湯雜菜煲 和 燒肉首先上枱嘅係燒肉,排列得整齊,一口一舊燒肉大細啱啱好。燒肉外皮趣卜卜,不會太肥,有層次,好香口如配上乳豬醬食甜甜地,鹹鹹甜甜嘅感覺別有一番風味;或者點中式芥末食會有燒滯嘅感覺, 各有特色。雜菜煲份量好多,好足料。湯底香濃,絕對是健康之選。蔬菜類別包括白菜仔、菜心:菇菌類有雲耳、雞髀菇。海鮮方面,鮮蝦幾爽口,帶子都幾鮮甜。特別喜愛雜菜煲當中的粉絲,連埋湯一齊食好入味。容記小菜王仲有好多菜式都很吸引同埋好出名,希望下次可以約埋屋企人或者朋友,多人嘅時候可以點多啲唔同嘅餸菜,試多啲唔同嘅菜式
