To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又是到九龍城食泰國菜的好時候, 今晚同媽來了小曼谷。"食蒜茸包沾咖喱"既癮發作, 我們點了個泰王咖喱炒海鮮, 咖喱香濃且甜, 海鮮大大隻, 有魷魚, 青口, 大頭蝦和蜆等, 啖啖鮮肉配啖啖咖喱汁, 再配合厚厚, 鬆脆又多蒜茸既蒜茸包一同放進口, 好吃又實在! 另外再點了餐廳推介既小曼谷五星燒雞和明爐香檸汁蒸桂花魚。前者外皮燒得香脆金黃, 肉質超軟滑鬆香, 連同泰式醬一起食, 正! 條魚仲正, 很多香料, 但完全沒有蓋過魚的鮮味, 魚質軟, 味道香, 愈食愈入味, 大滿足! 當然唔少得椰青啦! 新鮮清甜, 椰肉軟滑, 優質! 還要讚吓其環境, 很喜歡它的佈置, 空間感足夠, 坐得舒適。見到有live band 設施, 不過冇幸聽到了。想來九龍城食泰國野, 來小曼谷吧! 真的有質素!
