去科學園遊走一吓影吓相,原來因應附近新樓盤相繼入伙,呢度開咗好多新餐廳,因為今日玩得攰攰哋,所以想搵間坐得舒服啲嘅餐廳,就選擇咗呢間食法國菜嘅Briketenia。呢度環境寧靜,座位又夠舒適,兩旁仲有卡位。呢間西餐廳係由法國引入,而佢嘅法國總店仲係米芝蓮餐廳添。晚市套餐由$348起,就可以品嚐有質素嘅法國菜。麵包有餐包同長法包,而佢並唔係奉上牛油,取而代之嘅係混入咗香草同香料嘅沙律醬,口感更香更幼滑。嚟到當然要揀佢哋嘅招牌菜法式鵝肝焦糖燉蛋(Foie Gras Crème Brûlée),起初我都有疑問,點解Crème Brûlée唔係甜品而係前菜,原來佢係一個鹹點,混入咗鵝肝嘅燉蛋,上面再配上脆糖同士多啤梨果醬,味道果然有驚喜。由於味道偏濃,所以同時亦會配上麵包片同沙律菜,可以中和一下味道。另外嘅前菜就揀咗巴馬火腿沙律(Parma Ham Garden Mix Salad),Parma Ham鹹香味道適中,配合新鮮沙律菜係一個相當不俗嘅配搭。三文魚醬法式多士(Salmon Rillettes with French Baguette)又係另一個驚喜,三文魚醬份量相當多,除咗可以搭配法
