有日男朋友話上海Bombana個chef係香港開咗新餐廳,一定要去試下。Menu都未睇佢就已經book咗枱😅“Trippa Fritta”, Fried Honeycomb Beef Tripe & Rosemary 第一次食炸金錢肚,又幾得意喎😋上半part蜂巢狀嘅位非常酥脆,下半部分口感好似海綿咁帶有少少韌性,會食到牛肚濃郁嘅味道。我就食唔到有腥騷味,要加分!👍🏻我估廚師應該有先清洗乾淨、去腥同燉煮,先拎去炸🤔應該幾難整“Lingua Tonnata”, Veal Tongue & Tonnata Sauce 小牛嘅牛舌片配上吞拿魚蛋黃醬,侍應介紹話有加上西西里酸豆,令層次更加豐富。牛舌片肉色粉嫩,質地柔軟,吞拿魚醬調味啱啱好。係好食嘅但應該係其他餐廳都食到。Ravioli del Pin, Veal & Mushroom Jus 小牛肉蘑菇意大利麵餃餡料肉味非常濃郁,份量都幾多,加上cheese會有少少膩。適合幾個人share黎食!Homemade Tagliatelle with Duck Ragù 🌟 寬扁麵口感煙韌彈牙,有掛汁的效果👍🏻肉醬非常惹味,鴨肉番茄蓉加cheese

豬頭肉嘅邊位煎到有少少脆,肉質香腍有油香。
呢個部位嘅肉比較多脂肪,配上Salsa就抵消咗啲油膩感。好食!

係唔錯嘅不過有啲甜,最好就兩個人share啦。

環境/服務
餐廳比想像中細,樓底比較矮
晚上人多就會幾嘈吓。
服務都唔錯,侍應會熱情介紹菜式同主動幫忙加酒水。

總括而言全部食物都令人滿意,可以試到啲平時比較少見嘅特色菜式。
我就覺得Testina比較適合girls night/幾個朋友黎食。
如果係情侶想date night靜靜地食餐飯傾吓計,咁就唔好揀呢到啦
