Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環的The Pemberton 我去過好多次,今日同啲同事一齊試下3 樓嘅 La Parole。呢間嘢印象中都開咗一段時間,希望佢係靠食物質素站穩陣腳。同時佢亦係一間社企餐廳。餐牌做得精美,而且中英對照,3道菜連飲品大約$250喺上環屬於正常。唔想食太多肉但又唔想全素嘅關係,揀咗『香煎黃花魚配薯蓉及肉豆』同埋沙律作頭盤。麵包籃用布包住,有心機。圓圓的栗米包烘得微暖,旁邊的法包麥味香濃,食到encore。難得可以食到西式整法嘅黃花魚。今次算係整得好好,尤其黃花魚本身好淋,油份唔算多,好難煎到好似鱸魚或者鱈魚咁外脆內軟。而且黃花魚唔大條,魚柳亦唔會太厚。呢度用咗好多心機將黃花魚去骨,煎好後即上桌,因為攤凍少少就會有腥味。所以廚房真係做足功夫。
