To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為附近冇呢種韓式餐廳,大部份都係韓燒,所以同家人去試吓。餐廳點餐形式係以QR code自行點餐,由於冇+1服務,所以我覺得咁樣做絕對冇問題。關於食品我有以下感受:大排骨:韓式餐廳調味方面通常都會比較強勢,食呢個大排頭嘅時候,其實本人10分喜歡食手抓骨,所以見到呢味菜嘅時候特別想嘗試。大排骨口感唔錯,唔解,可惜容易凍,同汁嘅調味真係好strong,適合重口味嘅人士。由於唔鍾意食芫荽蔥,我請侍應生幫我另上,服務非常好,侍應生弟弟專登幫我去廚房處理,非常細心。韓式牛肉粉絲:牛好有牛味,如果粉絲可以冇咁蛋好,我會更加欣賞。下次可以試吓佢個牛肉石頭飯。不過,由於係自行點餐,我寫明係要走蔥,不過啲聰自己都就快返嚟,可能廚房睇唔切跟唔足。照燒雞嘅芝士燴飯:都唔錯,如果芝士方面可以加多少少會再加分。小食菠菜同埋Kimchi:菠菜比較老, Kimchi特別,可能因為係自家製嘅泡菜。由於係新開張,晚飯時間都頗多人等待。好多服務都需要進一步改善,我並非投訴,反而覺得大家應該俾多啲時間新餐廳慢慢改善。
