To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 探完似足蠟筆小新的契仔,契仔爸想吃海鮮,又不想到西貢或布袋澳,他們便提議到此晚飯.位處村屋中,略帶偏僻,以幾間村屋地面那層為鋪,但客人不絕,心想應該不錯吧.三人點了:1.椒鹽涼瓜貴妃蚌: 有趣的配搭,可惜椒鹽味道不夠,又失卻貴妃蚌的鮮味.2.豉椒炒蜆: 夠鑊氣,夠火喉,好味!3.蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子王: 略為過熟,失望.4.清蒸青斑: 時間剛好,鮮嫩.5.上湯蒜子浸莧菜: 沒油,又沒有過熟,好.+ 青島x2送杏仁露,但太甜.一見摺枱格局兼客多,沒有期望有好招呼,當然亦不至於太差.有趣的是,突然食環署人員巡查,所有食客立時被鎖於房間內.我想,我們身處的鋪位大概並未領牌吧.另外,看到牆上的剪報,才發現剛剛帶位的是三姐本人,那負責煮的應該不是她吧?!總括來說,如此價錢,算OK吧.如果我是街坊,我會再去,但我不是
