To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天與媽咪行街睇戲shopping之後有D餓，經過元氣壽司就入內坐下進餐。店舖很多樣化，應有盡有不會單調。我們點下兩份下午茶餐：壽司拼盤，湯烏冬，海鮮茶蛋蒸，炸物和粟米，還另外點子刺身真係很豐富。海鮮茶蛋蒸：帶子很鮮甜蛋很滑味道適中。湯烏冬：爽口彈牙湯底很清食完不會口渴。刺身很新鮮。環境很整潔衛生，服務員很有禮貌，很耐心講解下午茶餐的配搭。最特別食完後的碟有金句真係形容得很貼切。我只見到三句金句，其實唔知仲有無第四句呢？
