To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末假期打算同老公去太子有一間餃子店試吓(因為身邊有幾個朋友都話好食, 仲send埋地址比我)點知一去到, 門口寫住逢星期日休息!!真係有少少唔開心🥲咁冇辦法啦, 唯有周圍行吓覓食...喺同一條街，行前多幾步路, 就發現有一間外表裝修都幾文青嘅一間車仔麵檔, 睇到Menu好似幾吸引，一於就去試下我就叫咗一份輕食set : 黑松露撈麵, 有豬皮, 豬紅, 雞翼,魚蛋(仲要係陳皮魚蛋)黑松露撈麵，不過食落去覺得蒜油香多過黑松露香(微微), 不太油膩, 蘿蔔夠甜, 豬皮豬紅就正常啦, 整體上都唔錯👍🏻我都喜歡另外，嗌咗一份小食, 炸腐皮蝦卷炸得夠鬆脆，裏面仲要有芝士添, 正完食呢一次，我都會下次帶埋朋友黎再食多一次, 試吓其他嘅車仔麵☺️每牆貼滿好多好多好評👍🏻
