新年前後,好多老朋友相約見面聚下舊,今日朋友約咗去油塘老友記廚房食飯,餐廳是一間好有鑊氣嘅街坊小炒,室內地方寬敞,坐得舒適。芝麻沙薑雞:半隻份量都不少,淋上用沙薑為主嘅獻汁,再灑上芝麻,風味獨特,皮爽肉滑,味道咸咸香香好夠味!豉汁蒸白鱔:豉汁味道調配得剛剛好,味道沒有蓋過白鱔的鮮甜味,魚肉的質感不算彈牙但沒有泥味。金銀蛋浸白菜仔:用皮蛋、鹹蛋同爆香嘅蒜頭烹煮而成的湯汁,再加入鮮嫩白菜仔一起煮熟,口感滑嫩鹹香、滋味豐富。
