To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. lunch係銅鑼灣諗唔到食咩好,又唔想食太貴,就食好耐冇食嘅南記啦。我第一次食南記個陣佢都未有咁多分店,以前係要特登入香港仔先食到,個陣會心思思成日走入去食。依家多左分店,反而仲小左食,人就係咁犯賤🙈太耐冇食,連佢menu轉哂都唔知。好奇怪,以前我成日食嘅招牌春卷小鍋米線唔見左。望住個新menu又唔係好識嗌,就膽粗粗咁走去收銀問呀姐:請問有冇春卷小鍋米線呀?呀姐又竟然答有😂😂😂halo 請問發生咩事,呢個係穩藏版menu嗎?證據係呢到,我真係嗌到春卷小鍋米線,佢張飛都真係咁出。成件事好搞笑😂😂呀不過咁,佢杯野飲點解會咁貴😩- 春卷小鍋米線 $38 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻主角泥喇,主角春卷咁多年都冇變,依然係咁好食,大家唔好誤會,佢唔係脆卜卜個款炸春卷,佢係彈牙好重魚肉嘅春卷🤤有成四大條咁多!小鍋米線係類似酸辣湯咁,入面有肉碎、腐皮、九菜、芽菜、酸菜。米線亦彈牙!好味👍🏻總結:佢嘅招牌春卷小鍋米線咁多年都咁好味,冇變過👍🏻$38一碗大大碗差唔多啦,只係野飲好貴,下次食完先出去飲野🤪

太耐冇食,連佢menu轉哂都唔知。
