To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📸 龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯
呢個泡飯聽過朋友大力推介👍🏻所以都幾期待,泡飯有小棠菜、肉碎同蝦仁,湯係奶白色嘅龍蝦湯,好鮮甜,除咗一般嘅米飯,仲加咗啲脆米,口感好豐富,雖然食到好飽,但都會食晒成碗🤤

最後仲有每人一碗嘅渣喳,食落唔會死甜,而且都幾足料,唔會水汪汪得幾粒豆咁~ 除咗有紅豆綠豆眉豆,仲有蓮子、西米、花生、紅腰豆,啲豆都煮得幾腍但又口感豐富~ 不過因為ig限咗10張相,所以就無擺出嚟喇~
